I am happily married with two teenage girls, a dog and a horse!

I enjoy walking, cycling, horse riding and generally just being active.

I have two parts to my practice - Homeopathy and Nutritional Therapy. The combination of these two therapies gives me wonderful tools to help people.

I see so many people struggling with daily activities because they feel unwell, don't sleep properly or lack energy.

Life doesn't need to be so hard, you can feel better and enjoy life with an abundance of energy!
